Passout Approver

Assign the Passout Approver ability to users who authorise vehicle passouts before drivers take possession.

The Passout Approver ability is under development. Once available, users with this ability will be able to review and authorise vehicle passouts within Fleetwise.

The Passout Approver ability will allow workspace users to be designated as authorised approvers who can:

  • Review vehicle passout requests before drivers take possession
  • Approve or reject passouts based on vehicle condition and documentation
  • Maintain an audit trail of passout decisions
