Before You Begin
Make sure you can:
- Sign in to FleetWise with your workspace access
- Select the correct project/workspace context
- Confirm your role permissions (requestor, coordinator, manager)
Key Areas to Learn First
When you log in, focus on these areas:
Homepage
Review active requests and allocation activity. Check upcoming availability and potential pressure points.
Requests Panel
Create and track vehicle requests by project and priority. Monitor request status as it moves through review and allocation.
Allocation Plan
Use timeline views to verify demand against available vehicles. Identify and resolve clashes early.
Bulk Allocation
Process larger request batches with recommendation support.
Dashboards
Monitor utilization, downtime, and delivery performance.
Recommended First Week Workflow
